Intersession

Intersession housing is available under certain circumstances.

Intersession Housing is provided only to those students who have an academic requirement, have an athletic requirement, are students working for the University (essential personnel only) or are international students who cannot travel home or make other arrangements.

The 2016-17 Intersession Housing Application is available on eCampus through Housing Self-Service and is due on December 14, 2016.

Please Note: You must pay in advance at the Cashier’s window in the lower level of Levermore Hall for all of the days or weeks you request. This agreement cannot be accepted by the Office of Residential Life and Housing until after payment is made.

*The University is officially closed for the energy days and holidays (December 24-January 2). 

Check-in and check-out is after 6:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival or departure. If this is inconvenient for you, please make arrangements to check in or check out by contacting your Hall Director at least three (3) business days prior to your arrival or departure.
